All Firefly Soups are made from scratch and are served with Carol’s special corn bread.
Everyday, Carol makes at least two different kinds of her special homemade soups. They are wonderful. Regular favorites include Chicken Tortilla, Tomato Basil and her hearty Clam Chowder (Fridays).
Regular visitors will eventually get to taste her yummy Navy Bean and Ham soup and her newest offering, Tuxedo Bean.
