Firefly Dirt Sundae
Recently, Carol’s Firefly Cafe was featured in an article at Moses Lake’s Venue Magazine. This is a quote from the article:
“We wanted to create a homelike atmosphere,” says Carol Bridges, owner of the Firefly Café (202 West Third Avenue, Moses Lake). “We’re careful about the music we play. We have lots of the older games like chess and Yahtzee, cartoon books and other things that let people know they’re welcome to stay. We’re about hospitality and comfort.” The Firefly Café has been open since November of 2007 and Bridges is pleased with the support it has received from the downtown business community. “We got the visionary award from Vision 2020 shortly after we opened for bringing an important component to downtown development. We found our niche and it’s worked out well for us.”
